Absolute hidden gem in Richardson! Top-tier food and unmatched hospitality. I recently dined at Sababa Mediterranean Cuisine and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Unlike massive commercial buffets that sacrifice quality for a high volume of choices, Sababa keeps a curated selection where literally ... everything served is absolute top-of-the-line. Every single dish we tried—from the spot-on slow-cooked nihari, butter chicken, and kabuli pulao to the incredible Mediterranean options—was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And unlike most buffets where dessert is an afterthought, their sweets (the jalebi, Pakistani sewaiyan, and gulab jamun) were hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the phenomenal food, the hospitality from the owners was truly heartwarming. We had a wonderful conversation with the owner, and it just goes to show how great food has a unique way of bringing people together and transcending everything else. Amazing restaurant with the best service. I have been coming here for over 10 years and truly nothing has changed. The server I had today, Ahmed, was excellent. Visit and try the chicken shawarma (or whatever suits you) like your life depends on it :P

A wonderful experience from start to finish! I really enjoyed the Pakistani/Mediterranean fusion dishes. New management has definitely kicked it up a notch from the hospitality to the food! A must try when in Richardson, Texas!
